2 & a ½ cups all purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
2 tea spoons baking powder
1 tea spoon baking soda

1 and 1/2 cups condensed milk
1/2 cup butter, melted
Food coloring (as needed)
300 gms Whipping cream

Preheat the oven at 350F/180C for 15 minutes.
In a large howl stir together the dry ingredients and mix well
Divide the batter into 6 equal parts. Approximately 1/2-3/4 ths of a cup per bowl
Add one food color (violet, blue, green, pink, orange and red) to each howl and mix it well.
Add as much as you want depending upon the color you desire.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes each time or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
Let the cake cool on the wire rack

Once all the cakes are baked and completely cooked, apply sugar
syrup on it before putting the cream to frost it. Fill it up with sugar
syrup and icing in between each layer and all over. Used some colored sugar,
sprinkles and edible silver beads to decorate to cake.
