On March 5, the children, who had been attending yoga classes every Sunday morning at the Omkarananda Ganga Sadan, gave an awe-inspiring performance at the International Yoga Festival.

Their teacher, Ekta Ghale, called out the asana names, and the children went into each pose with ease skill and beauty.

The audience gasped and cheered throughout their performance.

Some of the students truly vowed in more advance postures like Mandalasana, Vrishchikasana and Yoganidrasana.

According to the students, not only has the practice of asanas made their bodies more flexible, but they also feel happier, healthier and more focused.

In their preparation for this performance, the students learned how to harmoniously come together and be part of one supportive family, which was quite evident through their performance.

Only with great equality in their hearts could they have come together and performed marvellously well.
