DSB Bids Adieu To Class 12 Students Of 2016-17

The morning of February 22, 2017, was dedicated to bidding farewell to the outgoing class XII students of DSB. A farewell party had been organized by the students of class-XI students at the school grounds.

All were very emotional as we will leave our respected teachers whom we love, respect, so many fond memories looping around. Really, it was very tough moments for all of us.

The girls looked beautiful in their saris while the boys looked handsome in their suits. The ceremony started with a motivational inaugural speech by the students of class XI. The principal passed on the ‘light’ of wisdom on behalf of Maharaj Ji to all the students of class XII and extended his good wishes to them for a bright, successful and prosperous future.

This was followed by several performances and acts, which were performed by class 11 students for their beloved seniors.

The auditorium was set ablaze with a ramp walk for the most coveted titles of Mr. DBS and Miss. DSB 2016-2017, which was awarded to Amit Ghunsola and Shreya Barthwal, respectively.

DSB Farewell 2Harmeet Singh was adjudged as Mr. Farewell and Muskaan Vyas was declared Miss. Farewell. The award for Student of the Year was bagged by Mahi Singh.

There were many exciting things were arranged like games. Different tags were given to the senior students and a token of love and appreciation was given by their juniors during the “Memento Distribution Ceremony”.

The stage program ended with a group of a student of class XII delivering valedictory speeches, and subsequently presented a vote of thanks to all their teachers, the principal, the vice principal and as well as the management.

The entire affair was an emotional one for the Class XII students, as they recalled happier times spent at DSB. As tears rolled down their cheeks, the students wished they could hold on to these last few precious moments with their friends and teachers.

Later in the day, the students were treated to sumptuous eats. The staff and management wished the out-going students of Class 12 all the luck and love, for a bright future.
